Gemini Healthcare is a Texas based company specializing in the operation and management of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We currently operate five skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas. With a dynamic blend of expertise, empathy, and innovation, we strive to create an environment where every resident feels cherished, respected and empowered to live life to the fullest. We were founded on parallel values to care for the vulnerable and extend comfort to those in need beyond all else.

Leon Evans

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

With over eighteen years of distinguished experience in the healthcare industry, Leon Evans brings a strong commitment to excellence and leadership as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gemini Healthcare. His background includes serving as Chief Financial Officer, where he managed twenty-five facilities, and as Co-Chief Operating Officer, focusing on asset management. Leon’s extensive experience, coupled with his service as a U.S. Army veteran, fuels his passion for innovation and compassionate, individualized care. Honored as a 2023 "40 Under 40" by the Fort Worth Business Press, he holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration. Leon resides in Fort Worth with his family.

Renee Anderson

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Renee brings over twenty years of invaluable experience in long-term care to her role as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Gemini Healthcare. Prior to joining the company, she was Chief Operating Officer at a multimillion-dollar skilled nursing organization, overseeing twenty-five facilities, and worked as a Social Worker for the State of Georgia, advocating for vulnerable populations. Her diverse background highlights her commitment to operational excellence and high-quality care. Recognized as Nursing Home Administrator of the Year for New Mexico, Renee is dedicated to advancing healthcare delivery and enriching lives. She is also actively involved in industry associations and resides in Fort Worth with her family.

Established in 2024, the founders were formerly senior members of a regional senior housing operator with facilities located across Texas that operated and managed a multitude of senior housing properties including independent, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities. The experienced management team of Gemini Healthcare has leveraged this foundation of proven operations and focus to acquire, develop and operate facilities throughout Texas.
